Actors
There are four different types of actors in the Metarchy:
Players direct actors to locations.
Players supply each Actor with a RSP-token.
Players do not know which actors and with which RSP-token other players have sent to the locations.
Actors in locations produce intangible or material resources.
Actors of the same type in the same location have a conflict.
Actors of different types in the same location don't have a conflict.
