The *politician* in the [square](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/playing-field/square.md) or [university](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/playing-field/university.md) produces an [intangible resource](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/intangible-resources.md) - [power](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/intangible-resources/power.md). If there are two or more *politicians* in the [square](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/playing-field/square.md) or [university](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/playing-field/university.md), then there is a [conflict](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-rules/game-turn/phase-4-conflict.md) between *politicians*. If the conflict between the *politicians* is resolved with the result of a draw - solve the conflict again.
