Human Actor

Players can send an actor-politician only to the location square or university.

The politician in the square or university produces an intangible resource - power.

If there are two or more politicians in the square or university, then there is a conflict between politicians.

The conflict between politicians is resolved by RSP-tokens.

If the conflict between the politicians is resolved with the result of a draw - solve the conflict again. And so until there is only one actor-politician left in location.

Only the Player-owner of the actor-politician who remained in the location - gets intangible resource - power.
