# Earth Hour

Each [player](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/players.md) discards any amount of [energy](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/material-resources/energy-bet-on-losing.md) for a random [action card](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/action-cards.md).

[Players](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/players.md) don't know how much [energy](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/material-resources/energy-bet-on-losing.md) was dropped by other [players](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/players.md). After that, information about who has dropped how many resources becomes public.

The amount of [material resource](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/material-resources.md) "[energy](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/material-resources/energy-bet-on-losing.md)" is compared with each other. The player who drops more resources than anyone else gets a random [action card](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/action-cards.md).

 If two or more players have dropped the largest amount of [energy](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/material-resources/energy-bet-on-losing.md), they will decide who will receive a random [action card](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/action-cards.md) on [RSP-tokens](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/rsp-tokens.md).
