Event card

Each player discards any amount of energy for a random action card.

Players don't know how much energy was dropped by other players. After that, information about who has dropped how many resources becomes public.

The amount of material resource "energy" is compared with each other. The player who drops more resources than anyone else gets a random action card.

If two or more players have dropped the largest amount of energy, they will decide who will receive a random action card on RSP-tokens.
