Each *event card* describes the conditions under which [player](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/players.md) meeting the conditions will receive [glory](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/intangible-resources/glory.md) or a random [action card](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/action-cards.md)

If two or more [players](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/players.md) meet the conditions specified in the *event card*, these [players](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/players.md) must decide which of them will receive the [intangible resource](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/intangible-resources.md) [glory](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/intangible-resources/glory.md) or a random action card using the [RSP-tokens](/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/rsp-tokens.md)
