Each *event card* describes the conditions under which [player](https://metarchy.gitbook.io/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/players) meeting the conditions will receive [glory](https://metarchy.gitbook.io/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/intangible-resources/glory) or a random [action card](https://metarchy.gitbook.io/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/action-cards)

If two or more [players](https://metarchy.gitbook.io/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/players) meet the conditions specified in the *event card*, these [players](https://metarchy.gitbook.io/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/players) must decide which of them will receive the [intangible resource](https://metarchy.gitbook.io/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/intangible-resources) [glory](https://metarchy.gitbook.io/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/intangible-resources/glory) or a random action card using the [RSP-tokens](https://metarchy.gitbook.io/welcome-to-metarcy/game-review/constituents/rsp-tokens)
